Two sites, one clinical record
Jurisdiction
Some of what we offer cannot be delivered in Canada. We would rather explain that plainly than imply it.
Regulatory frameworks differ between countries. In Canada, expanded cell therapy, exosome products and most peptides require a clinical trial authorisation and cannot be sold as care. Costa Rica operates a licensing framework for cell therapy at accredited sites, with its own registration, sourcing and consent requirements.
Neither framework is a loophole and neither is unregulated. They are different regulatory judgements about the same evidence, and the honest description of a two-site clinic is exactly that. Anything we deliver in Costa Rica is delivered under Costa Rican licence, by physicians licensed there, at an accredited facility.
Investigational means the evidence does not yet support a treatment claim. It does not mean promising, and it does not mean cutting-edge. Where a therapy is investigational we say so on this site, on the programme page and on the consent document you sign before it is scheduled.

One clinical record
Whatever is delivered and wherever it happens, the measurement, the interpretation and the follow-up sit in a single record held by one physician team. That is the point of running both sites: the intervention in Costa Rica is judged against the baseline taken in Canada, on the same instruments, by the same protocols.

Choose the clinic and the dates that suit you. Every course begins with an assessment, and we will tell you plainly if this is not the right intervention for you.
Interventions restricted under Canadian regulation are delivered at our Costa Rica clinic, under the same physicians and the same protocol.
