Regenerative & Pain Medicine
Stem Cell Protocol
A physician-supervised cell therapy course preceded by full diagnostics and followed by measured reassessment.
- Duration
- 5–7 day residency
- Cadence
- Single course · reassessed at 3 and 12 months
- Available at
- Costa Rica
Overview
Cell therapy, under measurement
The Stem Cell Protocol is a supervised course of autologous and, where clinically indicated and legally permitted, allogeneic cell therapy, wrapped in the diagnostics that make it interpretable. It is not a single injection. It is a full baseline, a defined intervention window, and a reassessment schedule that tells us whether anything actually changed.
Cell therapy is the most over-promised intervention in longevity medicine. We take the opposite position: we quantify inflammatory load, immune profile, organ function, biological age and target-tissue imaging before treatment, and we repeat that panel afterwards. If the numbers do not move, we say so and we stop.
Regulation differs by jurisdiction. Cell therapies that cannot be delivered under Canadian regulation are provided at our Costa Rica clinic, under the same physicians and the same protocol as Langley.
What it does
The clinical rationale, stated plainly
Immune and inflammatory signalling
Mesenchymal cells act largely through paracrine signalling — modulating cytokine load and shifting a chronically activated immune profile rather than physically replacing tissue.
Local tissue repair
In joints, tendon and spine, image-guided delivery concentrates biologics where the repair deficit actually is, alongside PRP where appropriate.
Mitochondrial and metabolic support
The course is sequenced with NAD+, oxygen and conditioning work so cells arrive in a metabolic environment capable of responding.
Measured biological ageing
Methylation age, suPAR, hs-CRP, IL-6 and organ panels are drawn before and after so the effect is a measurement, not an impression.
The protocol
How the course runs
Eligibility & diagnostics
Full labs, imaging, epigenetic age and physician review. A meaningful proportion of enquiries are declined at this stage.
Preparation phase
Four to eight weeks of inflammatory, metabolic and nutritional preparation before any cells are administered.
Treatment residency
Five to seven days at Costa Rica: harvest or preparation, administration, adjunct oxygen and infusion therapy, daily physician review.
Reassessment
Bloods and function at 3 months, full diagnostic repeat at 12 months. Continuation is decided on the data.
Included
- Pre-treatment diagnostic panel and imaging review
- Physician-led eligibility assessment and consent
- Cell preparation and administration under sterile conditions
- Adjunct HBOT, NAD+ and mitochondrial infusion sessions
- Daily physician review during the residency
- 3-month and 12-month reassessment with written report
Who it is for
- Adults with measurable inflammatory or degenerative burden, not simply an interest in the therapy
- No active malignancy and no uncontrolled infection
- Willing to complete the preparation phase and both reassessments
- Realistic about what current evidence does and does not support
