Bright, light-filled whole-body MRI suite in a private diagnostics clinic

Precision longevity medicine

Detect what a
physical never will

Whole-body imaging, epigenetic age testing, and 140+ biomarkers — interpreted by our proprietary ZOE AI, analyzed and reviewed by longevity physicians, and translated into a single personalized protocol.

The assessment

Medicine that
measures first

Conventional care waits for a symptom. We begin with data — enough of it to see disease in its silent decade, and enough resolution to act while action still matters.

01

Measure

A single day of whole-body MRI, cardiac CT, DEXA, cognitive testing, and a full blood and epigenetic panel.

02

Interpret

Your physician reads every result against age-matched reference ranges and returns a written risk profile — not a portal of numbers.

03

Intervene

A protocol of therapeutics, formulations, and re-measurement intervals, revised each quarter against your own baseline.

Proprietary intelligence

ZOE reads first.
Your physician decides.

A complete assessment produces tens of thousands of data points across imaging slices, methylation sites and blood chemistry. ZOE, our proprietary analytical model, brings them into a single interpretation before a physician ever opens the file — so the clinical hour is spent on judgement, not on collation.

01

Ingest

Whole-body MRI, cardiac CT, DEXA and retinal imaging are loaded alongside your epigenetic clocks and the full 140-marker panel — one patient record, not eight reports.

02

Interpret

ZOE segments the imaging volume, flags structural findings against reference populations, and reconciles them with biological and organ-specific age signals from the methylation data.

03

Correlate

Imaging, chemistry and functional capacity are scored together, so a plaque finding is read beside lipoprotein(a), inflammation and vascular age rather than in isolation.

04

Hand over

Every flag arrives on a longevity physician's desk with its underlying evidence attached. ZOE never issues a diagnosis or a prescription — a clinician reviews, confirms or overrides each item before it reaches you.

ZOE is a decision-support tool. All findings, interpretations and protocols are reviewed, approved and signed by a licensed physician.

The patient journey

From booking to
your protocol in hand.

Eight defined steps, each with a person responsible and a date attached. You always know what is happening next, who is doing it, and when you will hear back.

  1. 01

    Booking & intake

    Day 0

You request an assessment and speak with a care coordinator. History, medications, family risk and objectives are captured before you travel, and your diagnostic sequence is scheduled around them.

  2. 02

    Pre-assessment panel

    Week before

Blood draw and sample collection for the 140+ biomarker panel and epigenetic age testing, arranged locally to you or on arrival, so results are in hand when imaging begins.

  3. 03

    Diagnostic days

    1–2 days on site

Whole-body MRI, cardiac imaging, functional and cognitive testing completed in a single sequence. Non-residential by default; a two- to five-night residential stay is available when it is easier to complete everything in one visit.

  4. 04

    ZOE interpretation

    48–72 hours

Imaging, methylation and chemistry are correlated into one interpretation, with every flag evidenced. ZOE prepares; it does not diagnose.

  5. 05

    Physician review & consult

    90 minutes

A longevity physician confirms or overrides each finding, then walks you through the file in plain language and agrees priorities with you directly.

  6. 06

    Protocol delivery

    Same week

You receive a single written protocol — therapies, prescribed formulations, training and nutrition targets — with the specific numbers each intervention is expected to move.

  7. 07

    Delivery & supervision

    Ongoing

Treatments are delivered at your clinic or coordinated near you, with remote review between visits. Interventions restricted in Canada are delivered at our Costa Rica clinic under the same physicians and protocol.

  8. 08

    Retest & revision

    Quarterly

Biomarkers are re-measured and the protocol is revised against the results. Full reassessment, including imaging and epigenetic age, repeats annually.

Clinical protocols

Five lines of intervention

Each protocol is prescribed only where your data indicates it, and discontinued when your data no longer does.

Residencies

Short stays, complete data

Most care is delivered without an overnight stay. Where a full diagnostic package is best completed in a single visit, we hold a small number of residential places at each institute.

No stay

Virtual Clinic

Physician review of your imaging, epigenetic age and biomarker results, with a written protocol and quarterly follow-up — from anywhere.

Our institutes

Where the data is taken

Every site runs the same imaging stack and the same reference ranges, so a result taken in one clinic reads identically in another.

Care is primarily non-residential. Residential short stays of two to five nights are offered where a complete diagnostic package is run in a single visit.

Prevention

What a whole-body scan actually finds

On incidental findings, false positives, and how we decide when an image warrants action.

Genomics

Reading a genome you cannot change

Inherited risk is not destiny. What sequencing changes is the schedule of your surveillance.

Protocol

Why we discontinue more than we prescribe

Every intervention carries a cost. The discipline is knowing when the data no longer supports it.

Privacy & data handling

Your data is
clinical, not commercial.

Imaging series and epigenetic results are among the most identifying records a person can create. We treat them as medical records, held for your care and released only on your instruction.

01

What we hold

Whole-body imaging series, epigenetic age results, biomarker chemistry, your intake history and the protocol written from them. Nothing else is collected, and nothing is collected before you consent to that specific test.

02

Where it is stored

Records are held in your clinical file with access limited to the physicians and clinical staff involved in your care. Access is granted by role, not by default, and each view is logged.

03

How ZOE uses it

ZOE analyses your data to prepare an interpretation for your physician. Your imaging, methylation and chemistry are not used to train models for other patients, and are never sold, brokered or shared with advertisers or insurers.

04

Sharing and research

Nothing leaves your file without your written instruction — including sharing with your family physician or a specialist. Research participation is opt-in, separately consented, and declining it changes nothing about your care.

05

Genetic results

Genomic and epigenetic findings carry family implications, so they are released to you through a clinician rather than a portal, and you decide which findings are recorded and which are reported onward.

06

Your control

You may request a copy of everything we hold, ask for corrections, withdraw consent for future use, or ask us to delete records we are not required to retain under medical-records law.

A full written privacy notice is provided at intake and forms part of your consent documentation. Questions about your records can be directed to the clinic at any time.

Common questions

Before you begin

What is whole-body imaging?

A silent, radiation-free MRI sweep from head to mid-thigh, read alongside cardiac CT angiography. It looks for what a routine physical cannot see — early tumours, aneurysms, soft arterial plaque and organ changes — years before symptoms appear.

What is epigenetic age testing?

Chemical marks on your DNA change in predictable patterns as you age. Measuring them gives a biological age, and organ-specific ages, that can differ substantially from the number on your passport — and, unlike that number, can be moved.

What do the 140+ biomarkers cover?

Metabolic, cardiovascular, inflammatory, hormonal, nutritional and immune chemistry, plus advanced markers such as lipoprotein(a), ApoB, insulin sensitivity and high-sensitivity inflammatory indices. Together they describe how your body is currently operating rather than how it is built.

How long does the assessment take?

Diagnostics are completed in a single sequence, typically across one to two days. Where it is more comfortable to complete everything in one visit, a short residential stay of two to five nights is available.

What happens during the consult?

Your physician walks you through the ZOE interpretation section by section — imaging findings, biological age, and the biomarkers that matter most for you — answers questions in plain language, and agrees a single personalised protocol with you before you leave.

What happens after the protocol is set?

Biomarkers are retested quarterly and the protocol is revised against the results. Nothing is prescribed permanently; every intervention has a number attached that we expect to move.
