Overview

The system that sets every other one

Autonomic function sits underneath sleep, recovery, blood pressure regulation, thermoregulation and exercise tolerance. When it is dysregulated, the downstream effects appear on panels you have already run — and get attributed to the wrong system.

We measure it directly: heart rate variability across defined conditions, blood pressure and heart rate response to controlled postural change, respiratory sinus arrhythmia, and baroreflex sensitivity. Each of these has a normative range and a repeatable method.

The output is not a wellness score. It is a set of numbers that either indicate a treatable pattern, sit within range, or point to something that belongs with a neurologist or cardiologist rather than with us.

What it does

The clinical rationale, stated plainly

Measured first

Baseline markers relevant to this intervention are drawn before it begins, so the effect can be read afterwards rather than assumed.

Dosed deliberately

Intensity, frequency and course length are set by your data and adjusted at review, not fixed by a package.

Sequenced with the rest

This intervention sits inside one protocol alongside your diagnostics, conditioning and prescribing — never as a standalone add-on.

Stopped when it should be

If the markers this therapy is meant to move do not move, we discontinue it and reallocate the effort.

The protocol

How the course runs

01

Physician review

Indication, contraindications and expected effect are confirmed against your current diagnostics.

02

Baseline

The specific markers or functional measures this therapy targets are recorded.

03

Delivery

The course is delivered under clinical supervision at the appropriate clinic.

04

Reassessment

Markers are repeated and the protocol is continued, adjusted or stopped on the result.

Included

  • Physician consultation and indication review
  • Baseline measurement of the relevant markers
  • Supervised delivery of the full course
  • Written report and protocol integration
  • Reassessment at the scheduled interval

Who it is for

  • Persistent fatigue, exercise intolerance, orthostatic symptoms or unrefreshing sleep with unremarkable standard workup
  • Members whose recovery metrics have not responded to training and sleep intervention
  • Cardiac causes excluded or under concurrent investigation
